<description>&#60;p&#62;I'd say I'm a solid 8.  I'm at a very healthy weight (the low end of my healthy BMI range), eat somewhat nutritiously, but also dont't deprive myself of any food I want (moderation is my motto there), and am at a decent level of fitness.  I get 8 hours of sleep per night and have very little stress in my life, although I do let family drama sometimes get to me.  I could definitely work out more but I am fairly toned and feel as though I have a pretty good level of fitness, even though I haven't been great about working out lately.

&#60;p&#62;Physically: I play hockey 2/ 3 times a week ..but I should really stretch and/or do yoga more. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Weight: I am happy with my weight&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Stress: I am generally happy and not stressed&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Sleep: I sleep well (no babies yet)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Nutrition: I eat like crap - its really the only reason I started playing hockey... to burn off the chocolate I eat on the daily!&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Unless 10 is like an olympic athlete.. maybe I am a 5/6 :)

<description>&#60;p&#62;Physically: probably an 8? I workout everyday. I don't strain myself too badly though; I do work up a good sweat and make sure to get good cardio.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Nutritionally: 6.5? 80% of my intake is healthy and then I'll have something super bad....like a price of cake after a salmon and broccoli dinner.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Weight: 9.5 I'm perfect weight for my height (midrange bmi)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Stress: 4 I have nothing to stress about but somehow I am always wired! And I get roped into caring about people's drama somehow&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Sleep: 10. I get 8+h straight so that is a WIN for a mom of an infant!!&#60;br /&#62;
So, in general , I am more than averagely healthy, I'd say (based in my own standards hehe)

<description>&#60;p&#62;Probably a 3/4 lately. I have only been going for walks, not running. We eat okay, there's always fruit and veggies involved in our meals but I eat too many sweets. I get 6-7 hours of sleep and I am terrible at managing stress/anxiety.

<description>&#60;p&#62;When I was pregnant, I was 9! I went to yoga classes every week, eat 100% healthy, sleep when I can, generally taking good care of myself. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;When I was breastfeeding it was 6-7. I stopped exercising but I still eat very well. And I drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday haha. Mental health was 2 though (constantly stressed out about supply, nursing strike, work...etc.)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Now I'd say 3-4. I don't exercise, and I sleep terribly. I would wake up in the middle of the night and won't be able to go back to sleep because I'd worry if LO is too warm or too cold, or if he'd wake up soon...etc. I still eat pretty healthy most of the time, but the instant noodles, coke, coffee and mcDonalds is back in my diet. And I don't drink enough water now.

<description>&#60;p&#62;Physically, solid 3.5. So sad. I love sweets. And running is the worst. But, if you ignore my weight/fitness/diet, I'm pretty healthy. All my parts work like they're supposed to and my BP is perfect. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Emotionally, a 9.5! I'm not prone to stress &#38;amp; I'm usually in a good mood. I got a baby who likes to sleep at night, so that helps. :)

&#60;p&#62;I would say I'm a 4. I don't exercise at all, I have poor stress management skills, I have poor sleep, I rarely leave the house...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I think if I exercised 3 times a week I could bring myself up to a solid 7.&#60;/p&#62;
