I felt guilty about it too, bc she started at like 6 weeks, but her pediatrician said "that's why they make overnight diapers. If there's no rash or infection then it's not an issue.". I've looked it up because I was weirded out at first too. Everything said don't worry about pee as long as the diaper can hold it you're fine, but if you smell a poo change it. It probably would have been different if he had slept through the night at 6-9 months, I probably would have let him sleep in that case.
