<description>&#60;p&#62;My LO is 8months, 2weeks, old, and has only been taking one nap this past week. Her schedule is more or less like this:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;7:30/8am wake up, eat breakfast&#60;br /&#62;
11/12 put down for her nap&#60;br /&#62;
3/4 wakes up from nap&#60;br /&#62;
7/8pm goes down for the night.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Her schedule used to be two shorter naps, around 11am and 3/4pm.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm no sure if I should wake her up from her afternoon nap and have her take two naps or if it's okay to let her have just the one LONG nap. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I don't mind the nap since the husband works graveyard, comes home at 10am, we eat &#34;breakfast&#34; hang out and take a family nap. I used to wake up with LO and hang out until dad woke, but lately she has been sleeping 3-4 hours...is it okay?! I knew eventually we would go to one nap, but I thought we should wait until a year or later...thoughts? Experience? Thanks (:
