All my friends are still at 2 naps so I feel better knowing that daycare does 1 nap for 12 month olds!</p> <p>I put my LO down around 10:30 bc she seems tired but she just plays so then I get her up and feed her lunch at 11:15 and then she plays and goes down for a nap around 12:30. If she's feeling good she usually is ready between 1230-130. If she's feeling sick, it's moved up an hour. Though even when she moves up her naptime and has a cold she still won't take an afternoon nap.
