I get severe migraines often so I have many days when I cant lift my head up let alone stand up to change a diaper, feed lo, and chase her around the house. </p> <p>Luckily for me though dh is able to take off work for emergencies and I have lots of family in town so he rarely has to do that. Usually she was content to just lay and nurse really long. Thought I had flu but test was negative. Dr said probably beginning<br /> Stages of strep. Fever, achy, chills, nausea...wahh! Just needed to vent! Got a z pack...nursing baby and hope he goes out!!! DH lives/works out of town. </p>
