My LO was 7-11 months during swimsuit season last year, and she wore her Gymboree 6-12 month suit the whole time. For my LO, Gymboree fits true to size - she fell within the height and weight for a Gymboree size 6-12 months, and the suit fit perfectly. </p> <p>Neither disposable nor cloth swim diapers are designed to hold in pee, just poop, so you'll only need to change poop diapers while swimming. She is 4 months old Sunday about about 14 lbs, the bathing suit (from target) reads "M 18-23 lbs" and it fits perfectly! She was under one at the time. We never spent very long in the pool. She didn't like the sunshade over her float or a sun hat on her head. I would say if we spent 45 minutes in the pool at a time, I'd be shocked.</p> <p>And honestly, in Texas it was just too darn hot to be outside much at all. I'm just wondering though, is the diaper changing super annoying with a one piece?
