That was my OB's only concern when I had similar pains. I got out of the car earlier and had one severe, sharp cramp on my right side that lasted for about 5-10 seconds. I'm 11 weeks pregnant. I've had a few mild cramps on the same side since then. It's just my uterus expanding, right?
