My right side has always been bigger even pre kids and naturally has been the bigger producer both times too.

Definitely normal. My right side always produces more milk and is bigger. But keep swapping side each time you nurse or you'll make the problem worse.

And you definitely should switch sides each time or else it will make the problem worse. Babies demand more at the beginning of the feed so that breast would start producing even more and the other would produce even less, making you more lopsided.
I also have one side that leaks like crazy when I nurse on the other side. Boobs are weird.

Totally normal. I'd keep swapping as you are. If you're worried about the hind milk you can always pump or hand express some milk from the larger side before LO feeds on that side.

I always had this - same side with both kids. One side was always bigger, and always produced more milk.

Totally normal! I nursed my first daughter for 19 months, and always had one side produce more milk. 5 days in nursing my second, and that same side is bigger again.

It's normal to have one side larger and/or a bigger producer. Just keep doing what you're doing unless there's a problem!

Hi all,
I EBF and I've noticed that one breast is always significantly bigger than the other. Is there a way to fix this? I feed from one breast only at each feeding, then alternate to the other breast at the next feed. Should I be feeding from the more engorged breast for the first few feeds of the day to make sure my LO is getting the hind milk or just continue to alternate? TIA!
