Babies demand more at the beginning of the feed so that breast would start producing even more and the other would produce even less, making you more lopsided.<br /> I also have one side that leaks like crazy when I nurse on the other side. I'd keep swapping as you are. Is there a way to fix this? I feed from one breast only at each feeding, then alternate to the other breast at the next feed. Should I be feeding from the more engorged breast for the first few feeds of the day to make sure my LO is getting the hind milk or just continue to alternate? TIA! </p>
