That happens to me too when I got too long between pumps. The same remedy @Mrs Green Grass: mentioned works for me too. It is definitely uncomfotable!

@Mrs Green Grass: Good to know! I'll pump again in a few hours. I guess this is the price I pay for sleeping all night last night. :)

Sounds like plugged duct(s) to me. Moist heat is supposed to help, but the only thing that's worked for me is pressure. I basically push really hard on/around the spot until it releases. Sometimes it takes 2 pumps - often it's just 1. It is not the slightest bit comfortable! But it's great when the milk finally comes gushing out.

All day my right breast has been really sore. I'm not getting as much milk out of it as from the left, and it hurts to touch. There are no red streaks and no flu-like symptoms, so it isn't mastitis, but I'm wondering if it's a clogged duct or even more than one. It's sore in 2 spots, and feels hard between the sore spot and the nipple.

Does this sound like clogged ducts? If so, how are they treated? I've pumped longer than normal on that side, tried massaging it (ouch!), and took a warm shower but (TMI) didn't leak from that side like I normally do in the shower.
