The guy at Guest Services asked for my ID (I knew this/was used to this), but then told me that each person is only able to return $70 worth of items a year without a receipt! I planned to register there and BRU for different price points. In the little note area, I plan to write, "Please include gift receipts just in case!" Also, pretty much none of my online items got bought for wedding or baby shower. I stalked my baby shower registry and half the items were bought the day of the shower, not something that could happen with Amazon.</p> <p>I wouldn't worry about having too much. I wish there were more things in store, because in my experience, if the shower is on a Sunday, 95% people won't shop until that Saturday. They have a terrible return policy. I think it is a good idea to register for a few things at a B&amp;M store just in case. I actually registered for as much as I could at Babies R Us and everything else they didn't have that I wanted on Amazon. Babies R Us also has coupons, which Amazon doesn't have, but Amazon prices are usually better. We are registered for 90 items, so I don't think your number sounds high.
