It means that I buy multiples in the same color, rather than all the same style but different colors. As long as she's dressed appropriately for the weather (my 2 year old picked his own outfit the other day - a red onesie, green bathing suit, furry hat and slippers) I'd try to just go with it. I used to lay out 5 piles of clothes and she got to choose which outfit she wanted to wear which day. This worked great, she had a choice, but i made the piles so she looked presentable. :) </p> <p> But now that is not good enough, she walked out in grey leggings, a pink skirt with white polka dots, and a mint green shirt that had a deer on it with a red headband and dark gray boots. It was a statement that's for sure, but the fight wasn't worth it this morning! </p> <p>I'd like to make the mornings smoother, how do/did you handle this stage? </p>
