I can't say for sure because there are a ton of data points to judge your pre-O and post-O temps. But it definitely seems to be rising so hopefully it stays that way. And assuming you did O, your timing for BD looks great!

I think your temp raises anywhere from 0.2 to 0.4 degrees after O, so your temp rise is definitely in line with this! You'll have to temp a few more days though to get that confirmation that it happened, but I suspect it did! :goodluck:

Here's my chart for reference. I omitted a few days in the middle, because I didn't realize I had to temp at the same time (and that was the weekend when I wake up later). I really have no idea what I'm doing lol

I think there's no way to know until 2-4 days after supposed O! I never had a really drastic jump--it was always from like 98 to 98.2. So I would just wait and see what happens. I know there's always a possibility that your body surged, causing a positive OPK but O never actually happened for whatever reason--FX that's not the case and you did O!

I'm confused!

I had a positive opk on tuesday and wednesday mornings (negative this morning), but my temp only rose from 97 to 97.27 this morning? Isn't it supposed to spike up after O?

Did I actually O?
