I've been using the Wondfos and they take forever for the pink to settle out of and I wind up reading them later. They sorta dry but don't usually get darker. I would view that as probably positive but keep testing and see if you get a darker one?

It’s always possible they aren’t accurate, I’ve never used that brand, but I’d assume you should take what it looks like at the stated time limit. All tests get darker after that. I’ve been burned by saying oh that’s positive and giving up on bd too soon. I’d keep up every other day bd or whatever your plan is until you get a true positive - which for me is usually blaring, no question, before the time frame, even if i have close ones before it (sometimes many days before it).

Good luck, it’s so annoying there are no easy answers!!!

Hi, ladies. I started using OPKs this month because my cycle has been wonky post miscarriage, and I have a question about the timing. I'm using Pregmate brand (Amazon cheapie) strips, and it says to check after 5 minutes, at which point this afternoon's test was a little bit lighter than the control line, but I forgot to throw it out right away (ew, I know) and ~30 minutes later the test line was def. darker than the control. I have no idea if it's normal for OPKs to keep getting darker, or if the tests are defective, or if it's actually a positive and just took a little more time. Does anyone know if that's normal and what it might mean?
