Well I'm glad I kept testing, CD 10 and I just got a positive! Way earlier than before and no fade in at all.

This is fascinating! Thanks ladies, I didn't skip today, it's a tiny bit darker today but it is so slight a difference that it might just be the length of the hold.

No, mine don't. They're pretty faint and then all of a sudden it's positive. Sometimes I'll get an almost positive, but not usually. It's either faint or positive for me.

No, mind don't fade in. They are always super faint and then the day before my positive it might darken up considerably but that's it. So I might be able to skip 1 day but no more. And I don't think I'd trust it for myself.

Mine do, but I don't start testing until around day 14, because I usually ovulate around day 17-18.

@Banana330: definitely! I think I'm finally done with HCG thankfully, it was 14 like three weeks ago so fingers crossed it's done! I just don't want to miss the window this time!

@Cole: Don't worry I started CD 9 too (it was stark white for 2 days). I use to O CD 13ish but last cycle it was CD16! There can be some O timing wiggle post MC but I think it will depend on when the HCG was out of your system. It added a day to mine last time I was TTC. Bodies can be so confusing during this time!

Oh wow! So stark white day 1 of testing and a positive by day 4? I guess I would be wise to keep testing then! Before my lo I used to ovulate on day 15/16 and I'm only day 9 today so I was feeling silly but I know cycles can change pretty dramatically.

My first one was stark white (no test line) I skipped a day and finally had a line.. Depends on how long you surge for. I ended up getting a medium dark one and then tested twice the next day. Good thing cause my morning test was positive but my afternoon was already fading out. I'd test lots if it's your first cycle doing it and then skip if it was light the next cycle. I'm using cheapies so I don't mind.

Mine faded in when we were trying for our first, I am just starting to use them again and since mine yesterday was super faint (like not even close to the control) I'm wonderingng if I should skip a day to conserve tests.
