Turns out it was actually USPS. It was absolutely bizarre. We pretty much didn't get any mail except bills between the end of Nov and Dec 22 or 23. Then suddenly, we got a huge stack of mail, including the original box of cards. I think something was wrong at the post office with their sorting or perhaps the mail got lost or some thing.
