Everything was really great. My daughter has been learning about Chinese New Year all month at her school, so it was great to show her more about it. Looking at the recipe, I don't see it as an Vietnamese dish. Looks like hybrid or fusion of two or more Asian cuisines. It might even be an American dish with an Asian influence. </p> <p>Oh, I don't think I've ever seen my mom buy a radish or agave nectar for her recipes.</p> <p>Oh, the pad Thai rice noodles are pho noodles to us, but we also use the same noodles in other dishes. To me they are just flat thin rice noodles.
