I imagine we won't do it quite so often this coming year, since we'll have an infant, but hopefully it won't take too long to get back into it. I think the most we cooked for was 14, in our little NYC apt! But we also often have smaller groups over for dinner, like for one to five extra people. We have close friends who live on our block who come over like once a week, so,etimes we order take out but dh often cooks and they bring dessert. (No point in being modest, the local restaurants are underwhelming. :) ) Also, although LO is typically a rockstar at restaurants, I've found that it's generally easier on him and his little buddies if we're in a place where staying at the table once the eating is over is optional. </p> <p>We invite people over or go to our family's/friends' houses for all the holidays.
