He'll chew on a regular frozen teether for a couple minutes, but not longer than that. I do try to give him cloth to chew on, so the biting mostly happens when I'm carrying, rocking, or holding him.</p> <p> Eta: and it happens even when he's holding a cloth in his hands. He just got #8 in and I think he's working on his next set already. :( When he's teething he bites me... a lot. My shoulders and chest are all covered in little baby teeth marks and bruises, and just a minute ago he left a big mark on my upper arm. </p> <p>When he bites I say "ouch! No biting!" loudly and either put him down or move him so he can't reach my skin with his mouth. I know he's just doing it because his poor little gums hurt but I'm a little afraid it's going to become a habit (especially since his teething doesn't look to be slowing down anytime soon)! Do you have a better strategy to try? What has worked for you? </p>
