Definitely try lanolin or APNO for a few days and see if that helps. Could you be ovulating or about to get your period? I think that affects your sensitivity. I pumped yesterday no problem but today I'm getting a sore, pinchy sensation around my nipples when I pump. :/</p> <p>I've repositioned and made sure the flanges are on correctly. Plenty of milk is coming out. </p>
