I'd guess 4 oz at each meal - perhaps a little more?</p> <p>We offer milk or water at dinner and allow her to choose. He is given the choice of milk or water and he usually picks water. My girls are 2.5 and just about 4 and up until about 2 months ago they wouldn't drink milk at all. My oldest is now starting to ask for it, which is great! I'm just looking for averages and what type of milk your kids drink. </p>
