I think sometimes kids do tend to behave better for others than for their parents because they haven't tested the waters and don't know what they can get away with so they just do as they're told. And no one's ever put Wagon Jr. to bed while we're home. But we've been kind of training our friend to help with bedtime lately, in case I go into labor early and we need backup care. He's been delighted to have her help with tooth brushing and the bath, and she's stuck around for the bedtime story a couple of times and even been the one to hold him in her lap and read the story. Tonight Wagon Sr. decided to bow out after the story and Wagon Jr. gave him a kiss and let him leave with no problem... then our friend put him down and he was totally fine!!!!</p> <p>AHHHH!!</p> <p>This means we could leave him with her for bedtimes, and if I go into labor before my parents get here (or even after my parents get here, she could be backup support for them putting him to bed since they've never done it before) he will probably be fine.</p> <p>HALLELUJAH!!! Seriously though, thank God!!! </p>
