This one was the only chewable I could find that included iron - the taste isn't great but it's doable. It doesn't contain fish oil though so I take a separate fish oil supplement....sometimes. Does anyone have any recommendations? She only told me to make sure it was high in folic acid and DHA. I've taken One a Day vitamins in the past. Are their prenatal vitamins good? What about Centrum? </p>
