I really like her and we're friendly with her parents (though not outside kid related events). We went to one party and got there right as it started but left a little over an hour into it and then went to the next party where we were 45 minutes late. So if HE says the second one is the one he wants to go to most, make sure you talk that through with him and get him on board with leaving the other one early. But I would def ask for all the details of what's going on at the parties so he's not missing the "crucial" parts. Also I would take into consideration how far the events are from each other. Both are two hours long and they overlap for an hour. Would it be rude to ask the hosts if it would be a problem to leave early/arrive late so that he can go to both? (Would be via text message, as that's how both asked for rsvps). </p>
