We used Baby Dry for awhile overnight but he kept having leaks and Swaddlers don't cut it overnight either. Result: no difference in outcome. In fact, I felt like the Pampers was actually more uncomfortable for her because the massive amount of gel was really squishy... so we're just using up the Pampers and continuing with our regular diaper.
