Overtime is kind of just required when you own the business you work for!</p> <p>Our guys get time and a half or the option of more vacation hours when they work overtime. It's still the time and a half or double time rate though if he banks it.. so if he works 12 hours on a Sunday he can used 24 hours of vacation.
