@MrsCastro: Thanks! That helps. I feel like everything is all out of whack so it'll be good to have a starting off point.

@shopaholic: Thank you. I would definitely want to wait until I get a period first, I think I'd be more nervous if I got pregnant before then.

Sorry for your loss. :( When I had my M/C I read about A LOT of women who got pregnant again 2-3 weeks after their m/c (well, OV'd 2-3 weeks after) and never had another period before getting pregnant again. After my m/c I think it took me 5 weeks to get my period, so it was a little longer cycle, but a pretty regular cycle nonetheless.

@kpow: I had my D&C on a Thursday and didn't start bleeding until 4 days later, and that's when I started counting my cycle.

Thanks @mrskc ! I'm feeling the anxiety of wanting AF to come, which is bizarre after TTC.

@MrsCastro: Thank you!! When did you start your CD count from? Day of D&C? I feel like I can't start counting or figuring dates until I get AF, which hopefully is in a couple of weeks.

So sorry for your loss. I think it's possible to O 3 weeks after D&C. You can get your period back in about 6-8 weeks. It took me 8 weeks to get AF after my D&C. I don't know how many times I thought I was Oing but wasn't. I was very anxious to get my first period so we could start trying again. Wish you the best of luck! I know how hard it is waiting for that first AF post D&C.

My first D&C and laparascopic procedure was about 4 and a half weeks ago (They weren't sure if it was ectopic or just stopped developing very early on so they did both to make sure) Luckily, they found pregnancy tissue in my uterus so it just ended up being a regular D&C.

A couple days later, I got a horrible infection (fever of 104, incredibly low blood pressure) and went to the ER. They didn't get all the tissue the first time around which resulted in the infection and another D&C with a 4 day hospital stay. I am good and healthy now with no bleeding or symptoms after LOTS of antibiotics and a month off from work.

My question is (finally, haha) I started having some EWCM a few days ago which is gone now. I haven't been keeping track of anything (no charting or temps, etc.) so I'm not sure HOW cycles after M/C work. Any ideas on if I may have ovulated? Should I even expect AF this soon after 2 D&C's and all that "activity"? I would be pretty ecstatic to get AF this soon since I'm just ready to get back to (and feel back to) normal!

Thanks guys!
