That doesn't mean that you won't ovulate before you get your first period off the pill, though. It took 34 days for me to get my period after going off the pill. My doctor had told me if I hadn't gotten mine w/in 60 days to call for an appointment. I'm actually going to my first acupuncture appointment today so hopefully that will help! I'm also calling my dr today.</p> <p>But I'm wondering, is it possible to ovulate without getting a period? I want to start charting but it's so hard when I don't know what day I'm in my cycle!</p> <p>And anybody else have trouble getting their period after going off the pill? </p>
