@septca: Thanks! Those are encouraging. FWIW, I am so sorry for your loss. I have a good feeling about the future, but the interim is hard. I am sure I will be right as rain soon.

@septca: Okay, I gotcha. Thanks! I actually o-ed on cd 15 for my CP cycle which is right on schedule. I was only on BCP for 5 months, so I am not sure if that had anything to do with it. I am considering OPKs though.

Also, since this is only going to be your second cycle off of BCP, you can't really count on a "normal" yet. Even though I also O'ed my first cycle off of BCP, it took about 3 months for my cycles to really regulate and for O to become a standard, predictable cycle day (for example, my first cycle off, I O'ed on CD21, the next cycle on CD19, and the next - and pretty much every cycle since - on CD17).

@simplyfelicity: I had a chemical in November and ovulated completely normal the next cycle. The first cycle I didn't get pregnant, but I did on the second! Hang in there, I'm so sorry you're going through this. I took mine a lot harder than I thought I would.

@Honeygold89: @winniebee: @kbm1026: Thank you all. I am still sad as this is the closest I have ever become to being a mother, but I am hopeful. Especially since so many ladies seem to get their sticky BFP right after and this was my first month TTC. Thanks again for helping a lady not feel so alone. (DH is great--but its hard to explain to him.()

I had a miscarriage around 5 wks and I didn't get a period for 45 days - ovulation at day 32 or so. I was a little further along than you, I think, but I think it can vary greatly after a loss. Good luck!!

I had a cp two months ago (8 days late from my period) and ovulated the next cycle but about 2 days later than usual. I second the temping, it really helps with determining ovulation between the temp drop and then temp rise. I'm sorry for your loss, cps are sucky

I ovulated right on schedule after both of my early miscarriages. Since you were only a day off, I suspect you'll be pretty much on schedule too.

I have not experienced a CP yet but I would recommend using BBT charting if you use FF. I have found that it gave me a lot of piece of mind because I knew when ovulation happened by the temp shift and so I knew if I had timed BD appropriately.

It won't tell you ovulation in advance like OPKs but if you BD EOD from like day 10, then you know when you can stop based on your temp shift. It also will give you a heads up when AF is coming because you'll get a temp drop before it happens.
It can tell you a lot of information about your body for example if your luteal phase is the right length.
FF has a lot of educational info about charting.

Hope you get your sticky baby soon!

For those of you who have experienced a chemical, did you ovulate on your usual cycle day or was it off your next cycle? Due to my CP, AF was only off by one day, so I think it got pushed back an extra day on FF. I am not sure why. Anyway, did you O earlier or later than. Usual? Due to all the stress this cycle, I would really like to avoid OPKs but I also don't want to miss out either. Thanks in advanced! Sorry for the weird punctuation, my phone is wonky.
