I have found that it gave me a lot of piece of mind because I knew when ovulation happened by the temp shift and so I knew if I had timed BD appropriately. </p> <p>It won't tell you ovulation in advance like OPKs but if you BD EOD from like day 10, then you know when you can stop based on your temp shift. Due to my CP, AF was only off by one day, so I think it got pushed back an extra day on FF. I am not sure why. Anyway, did you O earlier or later than. Usual?
