Not every month, but it is horrible. I have noticed the older I get the worse ovulation seems to be. My worse symptoms are the cramps. They shoot down into my right or left leg, depending on the side. My friend was exhausted beyond belief during ovulation. I never experienced it with my first and I've felt sick allllll day long. Like to the point I think I want to vomit. Started testing with OPKs Thursday, got progressively darker until Sunday am. Sunday afternoon lighter, Monday am lighter, this am as dark as reference line. </p> <p>Thanks! </p>
