<description>&#60;p&#62;How do you know you're having ovulation pains versus regular cramping? I don't usually have pain unless during my actual cycle. But lately I've been cramping beforehand. The timeline would make sense for ovulation. If that's the case then FF is spot on for my ovulation time frame!&#60;br /&#62;
I'm on cycle 4 post baby 2.&#60;/p&#62;
