I actually have no period on the mini pill and the spotting timing was 8 days past sex (no idea of ovulation). Cue freak out. Several pregnancy tests later, I decided it was ovulation spotting. Today, I had a tiny bit of spotting. It's still a little early for ovulation for me (I usually have long cycles, and the cycle between the two AFs so far was even longer than usual) but I'm not sure what else might be going on. </p>
