Does the lighter line mean that I already ovulated and missed the chance or that I'm going to ovulate soon? We BD'd at CD13, 15, 16, and 18 so I hope we covered out bases for this month... I really appreciate it! I had nothing to base it on because I just started the ovulation sticks- my husband thought we should try them. I hope we didn't miss our chance, we BD'd on CD 15&16-( the top two sticks) but not yesterday since I didn't feel well. Will try for today & keep my fingers crossed! @SSLM- no I'm not charting...seems a bit overwhelming but maybe ill try to figure it out if this doesn't work. @T.H.O.U.- so you think that my body was gearing up to ovulate a couple days ago and then didn't but is about to again? @Happygal- I will definitely try the digital ones next time if it doesn't work this time. I might buy taking charge of tour fertility if this month doesn't work...it all seems complicated to me but at least we're really trying this month. If you're BDing every other day, you're in good shape! If you need to use these in the future, you may want to buy a digital set just to confirm that you're gearing up to ovulate. It helps to take the pressure off of second guessing yourself, and plus, it's nice to see a smiley face! Those sticks mean you are getting ready to ovulate but there can be reasons you get a positive and gear up to ovulate but then you body doesn't. We are trying to BBD every other day and have been pretty good with that. I started ovulation sticks a couple days ago at CD15-top, CD 16 (around 2 pm)- middle, & the third (on the bottom is CD18 (at 3:30 am). I know it's supposed to be the same time every day but I wasn't feeling well so I did it in the middle of the night. Any help would be appreciated in interpreting the results! Is that extra dark line normal, does that mean I'm ovulating? My iphone app says Im supposed to ovulate today according to my 30 day cycle history.!Kind of confused! My last 2 cycles have been 30 days & I went off the pill in November & the first cycle was 28 days. Thanks! PS sorry for the differences in color from the lighting..
