They are a liquidator for open box, closeouts, and returns, so it tells you the condition when you go to buy. This one said it was open box. I've bought other things listed as open box that had def never been opened and they take returns if you weren't happy with it. If it shows as unavailable it means it's in someone's cart &amp; it will disappear once someone actually purchases it. There are some negative reviews on amazon about food getting under the seat pad. It has really great reviews too.
