@Clementine: They are maybe 10 inches x 10 inches, but not very tall and there are grooves in the lid so you can stack them. We just moved and have a new freezer that is tall and skinny (side by side with the fridge instead of top-bottom) and I can put these on the very bottom shelf of the freezer.

@Clementine: Want ours for cost of shipping? We've barely used them. I think we have two of the 4-oz sets. No biggie if not, but they just take up space for us right now :)

@BabyBruins: I've seen folks talk about this on HB. They don't take up too much space in the fridge?

We have the OXO storage containers. No complaints, but I must admit that I use them more for finger-food storage than I ever used them for baby food, which we bought :D

@Clementine: I ended up getting these and I really like them:
http://www.amazon.com/Mumi-Bubi-Starter-Compact--Recipes/dp/B004A9ZF3Y/ref=sr_1_3?s=baby-products&ie=UTF8&qid=1344478520&sr=1-3&keywords=baby+food+freezer+storage
I like that each cube is 1 oz and they slide out really easy and stack in the freezer. I also might try to freeze my breast milk with them when we have #2.

My LO will be starting solids soon, so I am in the market for a great baby food freeze tray. I'm torn between OXO one or the Fresh Baby one. Anybody have either and do you like it?
