Since LO was born I've found I can't sleep on my side (either one) without waking up in pain. It starts in my hips and moves down my thighs into my knees. I wake up in tears. It usually goes away once I turn onto my stomach/back or stand up and stretch, but yesterday I had to take some Aleve because it hurt so bad that I was limping.

I can usually prevent it by sleeping with a pillow between my knees, but not always. I assume I knocked something out of alignment during L&D. Anyone had anything similar happen? Did it go away on it's own or did you need to see someone (a chiropractor?)
