Mine still hurts from time to time at 9.5 months PP. I think I have a keloid under my skin on one end of the incision. My OB says he will cut it out when he does my next C-section.

hmmm. I didnt, but could it be a bit of keloid under the skin at that portion of the scar? I used to get that pain that you described for the first 4-6 weeks after the section, but not any longer than that. It could also be a pulled muscle in the vicinity of the scar, which since its so deep could be causing the ache and itching and tenderness

About two days ago I started having tenderness and pain on one part of my c section scar. It's pretty tender just to light touch and feels kinda itchy. You can also feel a little bit more of a bump/scar tissue at that spot. Has this happened to anyone else, where months down the road you get increased pain? It's on the left side of the scar and sometimes I get some pain on the left lower part of my abdomen, like if I've lifted something heavy.
