It can happen for a lot of people, the hormone relaxin causes your ligaments to start loosening and stretching. It isn't lower back pain per se but it feels more like a side stitch you get when running but instead of in the front it's in the back. Has anyone experienced this? Is this something I should be concerned about and call my doc? </p>
