@charlotte: oh no that sounds tough... I think thats a good idea. I hope its nothing more than minor muscle ache and gets better soon. Good luck!

Thanks everyone.

@gracecat: agh this makes me nervous. Everything was nice and uncomplicated for mine and going great. Then a UTI popped up and I started running around doing tons of stuff. Now I'm wondering if I messed something up or have a worse infection! Confession: I got busy and took my antibiotics late a few times. Scared of a kidney infection now. I think I will call the dr. Instead of wait 2 wks til my 6 wk checkup. .....

Did you overdo it while feeling good? You really need to take it easy for a few weeks after your c-section. If Motrin isn't helping, I would take the narcotic Rx they gave you. There's no reason to suffer in pain!! :)

I think any pain/cramping that is described as intense warrants a call to your doctor just to be safe!

Anyone have a c-section, feel great after 2 weeks, and then have pain return a month out?? The last several days I have been in some pain again. It hurts in my abdominal area behind the incision and in my back...I'm having intense cramping from time to time that feels kind of like gas or contractions.

Are things just getting back together inside orrrrr am I maybe overdoing it or do you think something could be wrong? Motrin doesn't help at all with this pain and I feel a little guilty taking my narcotics..
