As long as it's not getting worse at this point I would wait a couple days. The first time, I had an ectopic pregnancy. I got my period on time; bled and cramped like never before. I randomly took a pregnancy test about a week after my period ended because the spotting never stopped and it was positive.<br /> The second time, I had bad pains near my ovary and freaked out because I thought it was another ectopic. Pregnancy test was negative and they got me in for an ultrasound and saw nothing. So it could have been anything! So strong it took my breath away and I was thinking apendicitis. But then suddenly it was gone and nothing. That night I stared to have a dull ache in that area that has continued. Sometimes it's sharper and other times dull. I called my OBGYN and she's not in the office til Monday but they said I could go in and have an ultrasound. I just don't know if should spend he money if it's something that will go away on its own or if I should get it checked out. Anyone had anything like this? Any thoughts? </p>
