That happens to me often. Usually it's a small clog somewhere or just tenderness, that gets worse because of massaging, so it's a vicious cycle. Just keep up the heat, massage, and pumping/nursing and it should pass!!

I cannot, for the life of me, figure out wtf is going on.

Ever since yesterday, I've had this aching pain in my left boob. Kind of in the middle, behind the nipple, a little to the left. I've felt around and don't feel any lumps or knots that indicate a clogged duct. But when I pump, I feel something hurting there. If i push around, i feel tenderness, and I pumped about 100 ml less yesterday than usual, so something is up. Is it likely still a clogged duct? Sometimes it radiates through my breast a little. I"ve been massaging so much while i pump that I'm starting to feel bruised. I'm planning on soaking in a hot bath later while E sleeps and then pumping right after. It was hurting me so much at 230am that I got up and pumped (and I don't pump at night)....it got better, but now it hurts again! It hurts most while I pump, though.
