Not pregnant, but I get numbness in my hands and not so much pain but more of a heaviness in my arms due to a B12 deficiency that I take injections for now. He says, if a woman has it for over 1 year pp, with OT/PT, braces, vitamins not helping, then he does surgery. I wore wrist braces any time I wasn't working. I also had to change many of my habits like how I used my computer. My wrist and arm tends to ache as well. I'm pretty sure it's Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. Have any of you ladies been experiencing/experienced this? What did you do to make it better? It's pretty miserable right now :( I looked it up and it seems pretty normal and sounds like it doesn't go away until baby is born, unfortunately.</p> <p>Thoughts? </p>
