The cramps are about the same as period cramps and kind of wrap around from my lower back to my lower stomach. The cramps last a few hours but I have bloating too that lasts from a few days before. The irony is when I ovulate (and look and feel my worst) is when I am in the mood to DTD the most. After ovulation that really plateaus.
