&#60;p&#62;Try using a different size of flanges - that can make a big difference too.

<description>&#60;p&#62;I've been basically exclusively pumping for about 1 month. In the last 3 days or so my nipples have started to be really sore while pumping and are more sensitive while I'm not. I use lanolin and I pump every 4 hours. I haven't tried icing them yet. Any ideas for why it's starting to hurt now or how I can help it? I dread pumping!
