I've had spotting every time after my husband comes home from deployment, and sometimes when it's rougher than usual. I think stressing about it is at least as likely to hurt your chances as slightly rough sex. </p> <p>If it's more than just a little pink or brown spotting, though, I might be concerned. It was a little painful during and afterwards I had some cramping for about 5-10 minutes. This morning I noticed blood in my underwear.</p> <p>Now I'm worried that we interfered with something and ruined our chances for being pregnant this month. Should I be concerned?
