This is a cool site where you enter ingredients you have on-hand and it tells you recipes that use them up! It might give you some new ideas for what's left.

https://www.supercook.com/#/recipes

My best tip for a pantry clean-out is to try to find meals that can use the slow-cooker (if you have one) or can be made ahead or give you good leftovers. Moving is tough, and time is already limited so why spend much more in the kitchen than you have to :)

@bees_knees: I do a veggie chili with 2-3 cans beans, 1-2 cans green chili’s, 1-2 cans tomatoes, and a bunch of spices-garlic, onion, cumin, turmeric, paprika, chili powder. And you could pretty much use any canned veggie too.

This is one of my favs: https://damndelicious.net/2013/09/22/one-pot-mexican-skillet-pasta/

Will use black beans / tomatoes / salsa / chicken broth if you have it (I never use) / pasta / corn

There literally something called pantry pasta and it is what it sounds like! Boil noodles and toss in any canned veggies or beans you have lying around! Season to taste. All pasta is delicious ;)

*disclaimer* this will not win any health awards

1 can of cream of chicken
1 can of cream of celery
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 pack of boneless skinless chicken thighs (or chicken breast if that's what you have)
2 cups of minute rice (I prefer brown, white works too)

Preheat oven to 400° F

Mix soups, 1/2 a can of water, and season to taste. (I use seasoning salt usually)

Mix in rice

Pour into 9x13 baking dish (if glass spray with olive oil, or use a non stick)

Place thighs on top, lightly push into rice
(If you use breast you can dice and mix in)

Put thin slice of butter on top of each thigh

I sprinkle more seasoning on top, not required

Place in oven for 1 hour

Here is one that will use up pasta, canned tomatoes, pasta sauce, beans, etc. I have made it 2x before moves. (You can always make modifications based on what you have):

We are moving in 3 weeks, so I’m trying to use up the pantry! Anyone have any recipes using lots of canned goods/pasta/rice/other pantry things? I made chicken enchiladas last night and I was impressed with myself because I used 2 big cans of chicken, 1 can of black beans, 1 can of corn, and 1 can of diced tomatoes 🤣

Any ideas?!
