Up until he was around 6 months old he looked pretty funny (in a cute way) with a huge bum but now it's more proportionate.<br /> The brands that work best for bottoms for us are: khols jumping beans cotton cargo shorts &amp; pants from h&amp;m kids. H&amp;m is actually the only brand that fits true to size on my chunky guy. He's almost 8 months and wears 6-9 months from them. She was in a onesie or just a t-shirt and diaper most of the time. i don't see the point in pants at home, honestly! and onesies work great out in public (and less to mess with). Now that E is older, we do a lot of dresses+diaper covers or shorts (usually a size up OR stretchy) and t-shirts. We do a lot of leggings in the fall/winter. L is 17 months and I still can't put her in structured pants (jeans, shorts with a real waistband and button/zipper) :(<br /> I've just always sized up the leggings. My favorite brands of leggings right now are Circo @ Target and Old Navy. DS just hit 3 months and has outgrown all of his other 0-3 stuff (old navy, gap) but he can still wear Carter's 0-3 with cloth diapers. He's only wearing onesies right now because it's hot where we are, but their one pieces still fit with disposables. He's pretty long so he outgrows the one pieces a little faster I think. I haven't tried their bottoms yet. He still has room in his 0-3 onesies while wearing a CD though!
