My doctor said there was no risk since they only mess with the outside of the cervix, so I went for it. So I'm gonna assume it's safe at any point since she did it then! I had a SCH and early bleeding with my pregnancy, but have absolutely no reason to believe it had anything to do with the pap timing - I dunno, I don't think there's much more poking/prodding for a pap than there is with sex. Honestly, our timing was not great this cycle (I ovulated early without much warning), so I'm not really worried about it, but anyone know if having all the poking and prodding of an annual exam could affect the chances of implantation? </p>
