I work in a public school (older kids, but still) and we have 3 "parent-teacher conference days". Two are during the day and one is at night. Now that LO is older (33 months) I am looking forward to it as I don't get as much detailed info about what she is doing day to day. I do work fairly close by and have a flexible schedule so it hasn't been an issue to fit it in. Ours are during nap time too. Also let us know how she was with the other kids and how she had changed/grown since starting with the daycare.
