<description>&#60;p&#62;&#34;You can do anything for three days.&#34;  A friend of mine told me this when I was really struggling with something (naps, I think).  She said to make a plan, stick to it for three days, and everything will seem a lot better then.  She was totally right.  The problem may not be resolved, but it never seems as problematic and I'm much better at dealing with it after three days.
