I never did anything different when I was sick. I thought I had strep throat (white spots on my tonsils) but turns out it's just a viral throat infection.</p> <p>I feel so bad because I am constantly breathing on LO and giving her my germs. It's kind of hard not to when you EBF and occasionally co-sleep.</p> <p>Do you parent any differently when you are sick in order to avoid getting LO sick? Is there anything I could be doing different to avoid giving her my germs? </p>
